This sign was created to be a replica of the Iconic Cattle and Sons sign that still exists on Portland Mews, soho. It was commisioned to give to the grandson of the founder, upon his retirement, so that he could have one in his house and still leave the origional for all to see in Central London.

The original was measured and traced, then a sign was fabricated, painted and signwriten, before extensive ageing tecniques were used to give it the same look as the original. We decided with the clients consent to ommit the extensive damage done to the top right of the frame, but we still kept in the large crack that is visible as it added so much life to the sign.
