At the Vaults, a pub in Southsea, we designed and painted a mural spanning the length of one of the walls in the bar. The brief was to paint something that incorporated elements from southsea and also be 'nautical'. We used a quote from Local writer Rudyard Kipling (of Jungle Book fame) alongside fishermen references and also a portrait of the famous local theater.
